The Experience

Intentional. Refined. Effortless. The way photography should feel.

I’m inspired by natural light, genuine connection, and the kind of moments that feel more like a memory than a pose.

At EJ Imaging, your experience is just as important as the images. My approach is fun, intentional, and tailored to you, whether we’re capturing an entire wedding day, a lifestyle session, or a high-impact editorial shoot. You don’t have to know what to do in front of the camera. I’ll guide you when needed, but mostly, I let the moments unfold.

From your first inquiry to final delivery, the experience is designed to feel seamless and intuitive. You'll receive clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints with ease. My editing style blends timeless tones with a modern, emotionally rich finish, clean, natural, and true to the moment. This isn’t about stiff posing or perfect lighting. It’s about capturing how it felt to be there.

FAQ

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

First of all, you don’t need to know anything. It’s my job to make you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. I’ll guide you through the entire process, from what to wear to how to move, so nothing feels awkward or overly posed. Just show up as you are, and I’ll handle the rest.

can we order prints or albums?

Yes, directly through your gallery. I offer a curated selection of high quality prints, albums, and wall art through a professional lab. Everything is designed to feel timeless and look beautiful in your home.

Do you travel?

While I'm based in Orange County, CA, I’m available for bookings throughout California and beyond! Whether it's an editorial portrait session,  a destination event or a wedding weekend. Travel within 50 miles is included; for anything farther, I’ll provide a custom travel quote based on location. If the story’s worth telling, I’m there.

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

Rain doesn’t ruin a session, it just adds mood. I always have a backup plan in place, and I’m comfortable shooting in unpredictable weather. If conditions are unsafe, unworkable, Or just plain not fun, then we’ll reschedule. Otherwise, some of the most cinematic images are made in soft light, wind, and stormy skies.
